We recommend that a Lateral Flow Test is completed within 48 hours of event. If test is positive, or if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms please do not attend the event

Runners are recommended to bring a face mask in case of need (eg first aid/transport is required) 

All runners details (phone number & email address) will need to be taken at race registration should any  test & trace be required

Sorry, under Trail Association rules no running with dogs is allowed
